Use responsive semantic HTML, accessible contrast, and keyboard-accessible links. Keep the output static HTML/CSS: no scripts, submission forms, tracking, or embedded frames.

Criteria: Workflow fit, setup effort, maintenance, and data portability.
Recommendation: Hypothesis: trial option B because the illustrative matrix suggests lower setup effort; not a conclusion about a real vendor.
Evidence status: No external evidence supplied. Attach dated product documentation, trial notes, export results, and interview notes before making a real recommendation.
Reconsideration: A failed export test or missing required integration reopens the decision.
