1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of Claw Me, a service provided by Clawhouse, LLC. By creating an account, authorizing an AI client, activating a Managed Claw, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Claw Me provides
Claw Me provides an owner-controlled alias, private pages and Drive Storage, a reviewed Personal Wikipage, an Agent email inbox and delivery controls, optional meeting and WhatsApp Business features, APIs and MCP tools, and optional managed OpenClaw hosting. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued.
3. Accounts and authorizations
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, API keys, paired devices, Managed Claw, and every AI client you authorize. Access granted through Claw Me’s authorization controls is treated as access granted by you. You should request and approve only the scopes needed for the intended task and revoke access you no longer want.
4. Managed Claws and third-party software
A Managed Claw runs in an isolated environment operated for your account and is available with any active paid plan, Basic or Plus, and the applicable recurring add-on. Claw Me selects and may change the infrastructure provider, hosting location, and underlying runtime profile. The managed service does not include unrestricted access to the underlying host.
OpenClaw is third-party open-source software. Clawhouse, LLC does not own OpenClaw and is not responsible for changes made by its maintainers or by third-party plugins, model providers, or channels. An initial Claw Me-funded model allowance may be offered for a Managed Claw with its stated limits and duration. After that allowance, or when you choose your own provider, your model-provider account and its charges apply separately.
5. Messaging and telecom use
You are responsible for the content and recipients of messages, calls, and email sent through your account, including compliance with consent, opt-in, identification, recordkeeping, marketing, and other communications laws. We may apply registration requirements, rate limits, filtering, spend limits, or suspension to prevent fraud, abuse, spam, or regulatory violations.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or email.
- Do not use the service for phishing, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or deceptive communications.
- Honor opt-out requests and channel-specific policies.
- Obtain required participant consent before inviting a meeting bot, recording, transcribing, or sharing a conversation. Only collect and disclose recordings or transcripts you are entitled to process.
- WhatsApp features require an eligible WhatsApp Business Account, a dedicated number, and compliance with Meta’s current terms, AI-use restrictions, and regional eligibility rules. Number purchase does not guarantee registration, group access, delivery, or continued availability. Claw Me does not provide a personal-account QR pairing path or a customer-support inbox. See WhatsApp Business Solution Terms for current eligibility.
6. Your content and agents
You retain ownership of content you submit, store, send, or publish. You grant Clawhouse, LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Sandbox enforces approval only for actions Claw Me controls. Other review requests can be advisory. Your external Agent, plugins, and channels keep their own execution and approval controls; Claw Me is not a universal isolation or approval layer for them. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions and outputs. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe for a particular use. Do not rely on it as professional advice or allow an agent to take a high-impact action without appropriate review.
7. Pages, sharing, and expiry
Pages are private by default unless you create a sharing grant or deliberately make a Page public. Public Pages and information you deliberately place on a visible profile may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Guest previews expire 24 hours after creation. Register and claim a preview before expiry to keep it as an account-owned Page. Account-owned Pages, including Free, remain available within the applicable account and storage limits. Free files and their links normally expire after seven days. A Page’s expiry is not extended by creating another version. A template may be copied only when its owner enables that option; permission to view alone does not grant permission to copy. Do not distribute content or assets you lack the rights to share.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not distribute malware, exploit systems, evade access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not publish content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Do not use the service to manipulate search results through abusive, bulk-generated pages.
- Do not interfere with the service or consume resources in a way that harms other customers.
9. Fees, wallet usage, and limits
By accepting these Terms during account creation, you accept the billing rules in this section. Account creation does not start a paid subscription. Before we charge you, checkout shows the specific recurring plan or add-on, price, billing frequency, taxes, and any one-time charge for your confirmation.
- Free requires no credit card and has no monthly subscription. Where offered, optional usage billing keeps the Free plan and its allowances: 100 emails each month and 1 GB of storage. Successful card setup enables one connected custom domain, one durable Drive, Wiki and owner-approved Agent access. Domain registration is separate. Additional usage requires prepaid wallet funds and your spending authorization. There are no included phone numbers or meeting minutes. Removing the last eligible card or an unsuccessful required automatic wallet load starts a 72-hour warning before billing-enabled features pause. Free access continues. Existing data and wallet funds are retained; paid capabilities are restricted. A replacement card does not by itself resolve a failed wallet load. A successful wallet load restores payment eligibility. Existing subscriptions remain active until canceled and their paid period ends.
- Basic and Plus renew monthly until canceled. Managed OpenClaw costs $20 per month in addition to the active Basic or Plus plan, has no trial, and starts provisioning after payment is confirmed.
- After the monthly allowance, Email costs $2.00 per extra 1,000 successfully sent or accepted inbound messages, equivalent to $0.002 per message. Meetings cost $0.10 per extra joined minute. Drive and Pages storage costs $1.00 per extra GB-month and is metered in MB-month increments.
- All accounts apply included usage first. Wallet overages are disabled until you add funds and set a monthly spend cap. Completed billable operations debit the owner-funded USD wallet. Failed operations, drafts, reads, retries, WhatsApp traffic, phone-number rent, and model-provider usage do not debit this wallet.
- Wallet funds carry forward, are not a bank deposit or transferable currency, cannot ordinarily be withdrawn, and do not expire as unit credits. This does not limit refund or withdrawal rights required by applicable law. Features pause before a charge when the balance or monthly cap cannot cover it. You authorize only the wallet reloads you enable, subject to the reload amount and monthly maximum you set.
- Basic and Plus subscriptions include one US or Canada number, subject to inventory and regulatory eligibility. Extra US or Canada numbers cost $5 per month, and US/Canada numbers have no activation fee. Extra numbers in other supported countries cost the current carrier monthly rate plus $5 and may have a one-time activation charge. We show the exact recurring and any international activation prices before purchase.
- Free accounts can use wallet overages only after enabling usage billing; Managed OpenClaw requires a Basic or Plus subscription. Storage capacity does not reset monthly. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes card payments, recurring charges, and enabled wallet reloads. You can manage or cancel recurring subscriptions through the available billing controls; the confirmation shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund past usage or wallet loads. Contact legal@claw.me about billing errors or refund requests. Any statutory cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Checkout, rather than the public calculator, confirms your actual payment amount, applicable taxes, discounts, and adjustments.
10. Availability, backups, and security
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery, compatibility, or data recovery. You should maintain copies of important content and configuration. Security measures reduce risk but no system is completely secure.
11. Suspension and termination
You may revoke authorizations and delete available content through the product controls. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a violation of these Terms. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or regulatory purposes.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawhouse, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Clawhouse, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not limited by this section.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email. Questions may be sent to legal@claw.me.
