Claw Me for Grok Bot

Grok Bot uses Cursor’s plugin marketplace and MCP policy. Install the same thin Claw Me package, then give each Bot only the owner-approved access it needs.

Grok Bot shares plugin and MCP settings with Cursor. Team admins may need to enable the plugin and approve https://claw.me/api/v1/mcp.

PERMISSIONS

Let the owner approve the connection

Claw Me uses its own review screen. The client can ask for access, but it cannot approve itself or quietly add permissions.

  1. 01

Open Grok Bot Settings, choose Plugins, and install Claw Me from the Marketplace. Confirm the plugin points to the hosted Claw Me MCP server.

  2. 02

Ask the Bot to connect for one specific workflow so it requests only the permissions it needs.

  3. 03

Finish owner verification in Claw Me, review the Bot identity and requested permissions, then approve or reject the request.

VERIFY

Prove the boundary before real work

A clean connection is not enough. Verify discovery, read-only access, and an approval-required action before relying on the setup.

  1. 01

Confirm Claw Me appears under your installed plugins and its MCP connection reports as authenticated.

  2. 02

Ask Grok Bot to call wiki_get_agent_guide before it uses workspace context or write-capable tools.

  3. 03

Start with a read-only request, then verify a Page, Drive, or Wiki change still waits for owner review when required.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Common connection issues

Claw Me does not appear in the Grok Bot Marketplace.

Confirm Grok Bot and Marketplace access are enabled for your account. On a team, ask a Cursor admin to enable the Claw Me plugin; otherwise use the Agentic MCP guide.

The plugin says it is disabled by the team admin.

Your Cursor team MCP policy also applies to Grok Bot. Ask an admin to enable the plugin and approve https://claw.me/api/v1/mcp.
