  1. Read the footer

The workspace footer shows used storage and its shared allowance. Get more storage appears once usage reaches 80%.

  2. Check Billing

Review current plan limits and exact prices. Pages, Drive files, saved email, and retained media can consume the same storage allowance.

  3. Choose optional usage

Wallet overages require funding and a monthly cap. Promotional credits do not pay a subscription or authorize spending on their own.

Check the result

Review the result in your own account. A successful connection or copied prompt does not mean the requested action has completed.

What to know before you start

Prices and eligibility come from the live catalog. Credits are closed-loop usage funds, not cash. Deleting an item frees storage when its stored content is removed; removing a link alone is not deletion.

Common questions

Do credits upgrade my plan?

No. Plan access and usage credits are separate.

Do account Pages expire on Free?

Account-owned Pages do not have automatic expiry within current limits. Anonymous previews last 24 hours; Free standalone files have their own retention policy.
